Exithol Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.
HOW TO USE :
Take this prescription in the dose and duration as prompted by your specialist. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Exithol Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
HOW IT WORKS :
Exithol Syrup is a mix of three drugs: Diphenhydramine, Ammonium chloride and Sodium citrate, which relieves cough. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy indications like runny nose, watery eyes and wheezing. Ammonium chloride is an expectorant which diminishes the stickiness of bodily fluid (mucus) and helps in its removal from the airways. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic which diminishes and loosens fluid (mucus), making it simpler to cough out.
