HOW IT WORKS :

Mefheal – Spas Tablet is a blend of two medications: Dicyclomine and Mefenamic Acid. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by loosening up the muscles in the stomach and gut (digestive tract). It stops sudden muscle compressions (fits), in this way relieving cramps, torment, swelling, and discomfort. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause stomach torment and irritation (swelling). Together, they relieve menstrual spasms and colicky pain.
